FAMILY: The super-photogenic F family {Kansas City}

I got an email from the fabulous Kansas photographer, Katie Feider, inquiring about doing a photo shoot with her family, and I was blown away by the personable tone that oozed from every line. KAte is the type who peppers her correspondence with happiness, whether it be through happy faces, underlined emotional words or colorful embellishments. You can't read an email from her and not know you're dealing with someone who has a positive outlook on life, and is a loving, genuinely caring person.

What I didn't know until I met her clan was that her family was straight out of the pages of a catalog. Each one of them was impeccably dressed and absolutely a pleasure before the camera. Kate chose an apple orchard (late season, so not a whole lot of apples ON the trees....) as their playground...and this is what we got with she, her husband Pete, and their three cool-ly named kids: Brooklyn, Stone and Jett.
