G-licious recipes: Salmon Cakes

This is a good comfort food...winter or summer...heck, spring or fall, too! We just serve the salmon cakes with buttered noodles and a side of veggies or salad. And not to sound all Rachael Ray on you, but it's fast too!!!

I used to make those with a little bit of cayenne pepper as well... or paprika. Tastes great! I'm craving them now~

Rosarina--I'm a wuss with spiciness... so I did the cajun seasoning instead so it wasn't AS spicy...but still flavorful.

And Sarah--my mom calls them patties, too. But (and I know this is stupid) I always didn't like that because her name is Pat...and my dad calls her Patti. haha

This just reminds me of our childhood darbi, I just can't do it. I never did like salmon PATTIES. They make me want to gag. But it may just be that I don't like salmon.
