We put our misgivings aside one blustery night here in the good ol' KC...and met up despite the below 30 degree temps. They brought along their furry friend for the first part. So here they are folks...Sarah, Kyle and QUENTIN!
Quentin wasn't the best of models. He had a thing for...ducks. And for blinking...
But how well-behaved was he here?
But then we decided to center on the two lovebirds..while Kyle's ever-helpful sister played dog-sitter. (THANKS!!)
Snapped this gorgeous portrait of the bride-to-be and am so excited that she caught the sunlight the way she did.
Sarah, can you be any more stunning? Seriously? Kyle's got himself a keeper!
My faves of them happen to be when they are cracking up....whether the instigator be each other...the position I put them in...or the effects of the cold cold cold (did I mention cold???) weather...
Oh the loveliness that occurs when beautiful people butt heads with beautiful light. Sigh.
A fave on the left... because he did that without ANY prompting. And the one on the right...marks their special way of holding hands. :)
Ok, another fave
What a coincidence! Sarah found a picture of her wedding dress chalked on the wall at Loose Park! Oops, now Kyle will know what it looks like. ha
We headed back to their place (which won't be their place for long since they are moving!!!) for them to change. But before they went inside, I had to catch this darling family photo. haha
They stood in front of the fireplace where Kyle popped the question...
And then we were off to the Plahhhhzahhhh...
Another great find of Sarah's! Look at the tiny lil' railing that HAD to be there to be in compliance with safety ordinances. haha
How do I choose favorites when they are this cute together???
YOu guessed it! Another favorite!!!
I was so jealous when I took this pic...because they were sooo toasty.
And we shall close with this windblown photo when it got dark... and the lights were so beautiful. And I love that Sarah's hair is blowing and their cheeks are flushed. I love it!!
Sarah & Kyle, I had so much fun, even though we froze our buns off. I am looking forward to your wedding in April when the weather will be a bit more friendly. Either way, I can't wait!!!! Have a wonderful holiday season!
